Terms and Conditions

By registering for a class with The Etiquette Company, you agree to the following terms:

Payment is required in full at the time of registration to secure your spot.
Class sizes are limited and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Etiquette Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, instructor illness). In such cases, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow class guidelines. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal without refund.
By enrolling, you agree to release and hold harmless The Etiquette Company, its instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during participation in class activities.

Return & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change! Please review our policy:

Cancellations made 21 days or more before the class start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a small processing fee.
Cancellations made within 21 days of the class are non-refundable, but we are happy to offer a one-time credit toward a future class.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
If The Etiquette Company cancels a class, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
